Kim Graduated from the College of St. Rose with a Certification as a School Psychologist, and a Master’s Degree in Education. After a career as a Director of Special Education and a School Psychologist, she went to work with the New York State Office of Children and Family Services as a Consulting Psychologist, heading up the Girls Reception Program at the Tryon Campus in Johnstown, NY. After 11 plus rewarding years, the facility sadly closed.
she decided to turn her love and passion for photography into a business, dusted off her real estate license, and went to work managing a local real estate office. she was able to utilize both her photography skills and her license. An opportunity presented itself to work in a high volume, fast paced REO Office (bank owned properties) where she found her passion within the real estate industry. She especially enjoys working with investors, in helping them find the perfect properties to renovate. It is very rewarding to be a part of the process that brings neglected homes and neighborhoods back to life.
Kim and her husband Michael, as well as their rescue dogs and cats, have called the Ballston Spa area home for the past 20 years. They love the people and the community, and enjoy engaging in the many activities that are available in the area. She has been fortunate enough to have some of her photographs sold in retail shops, and hopes to someday have a rescue facility for senior dogs and cats.
